Jeynne Carter oversees the Operations & Customer Support team, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional client service across the company. Fluent in English and Portuguese, she manages escalated IRS support cases, business license registrations, payroll, and assists clients with international tax compliance matters, including FBAR, Form 8843, and other foreign reporting requirements. With a strong focus on team development and operational efficiency, Jeynne provides guidance and support to ensure complex processes are handled accurately and professionally. Operations Specialist
Joyce Dias plays a key role in the Operations Department, specializing in business compliance and a wide range of administrative services. She assists clients with business formations, annual reports, 1099 filings, operating agreements, document translations and the preparation of various IRS forms and supporting documentation. Having previously worked in both Customer Service and Bookkeeping, Joyce brings a well-rounded understanding of the company's operations and client needs.
