As a licensed Tax Preparer, Jeany combines her technical expertise with exceptional organizational and leadership skills to assist clients with tax-related matters while supporting the firm's overall success. Fabiola Costa is a valued member of our Customer Service team and serves as the first point of contact for many of our clients. She responds to client inquiries, coordinates workflow, and prepares client invoices to ensure each engagement begins with an organized and efficient process. Known for her attention to detail, agility, and quick response time, Fabiola is committed to providing a seamless client experience while upholding the high standard of service that defines Nextcellent

Marketing Coordinator

Jalisson Soares supports the company's marketing and client engagement initiatives by creating marketing content and representing Nextcellent Consulting at local events and community outreach activities. Through his interactions with clients and the community, he helps strengthen the company's brand, expand its local presence, and build lasting relationships with current and prospective clients. Known for his creativity, he plays an important role in promoting the company.

Operations Supervisor

Jeynne Carter oversees the Operations team, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional client service across the company. Fluent in English and Portuguese, she manages escalated IRS support cases, business license registrations, payroll, and assists clients with international tax compliance matters, including FBAR, Form 8843, and other foreign reporting requirements. Known for her leadership and bubbly personality, she plays a key role in maintaining the high standard of service and operational excellence that defines Nextcellent.

Operations Specialist

Joyce Dias plays a key role in the Operations Department, supporting a wide range of specialized administrative and compliance services. She prepares operating agreements, translates documents, assists with business audits, and completes a variety of IRS forms and supporting documentation. Having previously worked in both Customer Service and Bookkeeping, Joyce brings a well-rounded understanding of the company's operations and client needs. Known for her organization and versatility, she helps ensure every process is completed accurately and efficiently.

Gabriela Almeida plays a key role in day to day operations, specializing in business compliance and entity management. She assists clients with business formations, annual reports, 1099 filings, while also handling IRS support calls. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, Gabriela provides clear communication and dependable support throughout each process. Known for her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, she helps ensure clients remain compliant while contributing to a seamless and efficient client experience.

Bookkeeper – Spanish Client Specialist

Daniela Rojas is dedicated to helping clients maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date financial records. Junior Bookkeeper - Portuguese Client Specialist

Denis Pavani brings a well-rounded perspective to the bookkeeping team, having previously worked in both Operations and Customer Service before transitioning into bookkeeping. This firsthand experience allows him to better understand clients' needs and provide exceptional support throughout the bookkeeping process. As our Portuguese Speaking Specialist, Denis is known for his friendly personality, clear communication, and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
